About Sonny
Sonny was acquired from Gypsy Cob Legacy/ L & S Farms in Pennsylvania in August 2026. It has long been a dream of both owners, Noelle Reagan (of NK North) and Kara Deube (of NK South) to add a magical Gypsy Vanner Stallion to their resident herd. The girls have big plans for Sonny, including offering breedings to the outstanding, genetic lottery of a stallion when he is mature enough to breed.
Over the 20 collective years the girls were looking for a GV, a few things were on the “must have” list for a possible prospect, including, but not limited to:
- Must be a stallion.
- Must come from a reputable breeder.
- Must come from accomplished, well-known stock / bloodlines.
- Must have superior confirmation, or if young, must have what seems to be the start of superior confirmation.
- Must be registered.
- Must be a lighter color with unique markings and rare, unique genetic make up as far as color goes.
- Must have at least one blue eye.
- Must have a solid mind and be willing.
- Must have a potential to excel at multiple disciplines, making him versatile for promotion.
- Must be easy to handle as far as being a stallion.
Lo and behold, the girls found L&S Sonny. He checks all of our boxes with the bonus of TWO blue eyes versus one!

Sonny is a young man, at just shy of a year during his homecoming in August 2026. He will be one on 8/16/26. We can’t wait to watch him grow into the stunning stallion we know he will be.

San Cler Nazareth (also known as “Naz”) is a highly regarded, imported Gypsy Vanner stallion known for his rare coat genetics and exceptionally gentle temperament. Originally bred in Wales, he currently stands at stud in the United States at L&S Cobs in Pennsylvania.
