Owned and operated by lifelong horsewomen Noelle Reagan and Kara Deube, our training programs are designed to bring out the absolute best in every horse, regardless of breed, discipline, or background.

Our Training Philosophy

Beth is trainer Noelle’s newest addition. Beth came to us feral. At 5 years old, for this half Arab, half paint mare, things looked bleak. But it didn’t take a full day and Beth was able to be caught, led and was ready to learn. Today, she is doing very well and will be competing this winter!

We don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Every horse is an individual with unique strengths, learning speeds, and personalities. Noelle and Kara combine years of diverse equestrian expertise to create customized training regimens that prioritize the horse’s well-being.

Patience & Consistency: We focus on clear, progressive building blocks rather than shortcuts.
Holistic Development: A great performance horse needs a sound mind and a healthy body. Our training includes correct biomechanics, varied work (arena work, groundwork, and trail riding), and top-notch nutritional and physical care.
Owner Integration: We believe a horse’s training is only as good as the partnership with their rider. We offer integration lessons to ensure you and your horse are perfectly in sync when it’s time to go home.

🐴 Young Horse Starting (Colt Starting)

The early days of a horse’s education set the tone for the rest of their life. We provide a gentle, confident, and thorough introduction to the saddle, bridle, and rider weight. Our goal is to produce a safe, forward-thinking, and relaxed young horse ready for any discipline.

🏆 Performance & Discipline Refinement

Ready to take your horse to the next level? We specialize in tuning up performance horses, improving responsiveness to the aids, developing correct self-carriage, and polishing show-ring manners.

🔄 Problem Solving & Reschooling

If your horse has developed undesirable habits, anxiety, or communication gaps, we can help. We patiently assess the root cause of the behavior—whether it stems from confusion, fear, or past mishandling—and systematically rebuild their confidence and respect.

Would you prefer we come to you?

We do offer 3 and 5 day a week training packages at your home, provided you are in the twenty mile radius of one of our locations. We can work with you, without you or a mixture of both. These packages require an 8 week commitment of consecutive sessions, so the horse doesn’t have to much time off in between visits. Contact us for more details. 262-888-0446

❤️ Safe Haven Rehabilitation Training

After one month of care here at NK Equine! The first picture is before she came and the second one is after one month of care here!

As part of our commitment to the Safe Haven Horse Project (our rescue arm), we also specialize in the delicate process of rehabilitating and retraining rescue horses. We understand the patience required to help a horse overcome trauma and transition seamlessly into a loving, useful new career.

We offer comprehensive full-board and training packages at both of our locations. Program Includes Duration

Full Training Package 5 days of professional training/riding per week, full care board, customized feed program, and 1 weekly owner lesson. Monthly

Tune-Up Package 3 days of targeted training/riding per week, full care board, ideal for maintaining fitness or refreshing skills. Monthly

Groundwork & Manners Intensive Focused entirely on respect, trailer loading, clipping, and ground handling for horses of all ages. 2-Week Blocks
